Jamaica, N.Y. - The St. Johns womens tennis team traveled to Boston College, in Chestnut Hill, Mass., where they dropped their BIG EAST match by a 7-0 score. The loss drops St. Johns record to 3-4, overall, and 2-3, in conference play.

Sophomore Kristina Bothova (Bratislava, Slovakia) almost pulled out a victory in No. 2 singles before falling to Boston Colleges Ali Ashley, 7-6 (7), 6-1.

The St. Johns womens tennis team returns to action on Tuesday, April 8, when they travel to Villanova, for a conference match beginning at 3:00 p.m.
