Jessica Clinton enters her second season as an assistant coach with the Red Storm women's soccer program. A 2004 Boston University graduate and four-year starting goalkeeper for the Terriers' women's soccer team, she joined STJ in February 2007 as the goalkeeping coach.

Prior to St. John's, Clinton served as a volunteer assistant coach at Bergen County Community College in Paramus, N.J., and has been involved as a counselor and trainer at several goalkeeping academies.

A goalkeeper for the America East Champion BU women's soccer team in 2000, 2001 and 2003, Clinton was a three-time all-conference selection. She was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2003 America East Championship Tournament and was a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) all-region selection in 2001 and 2003. Prior to her senior campaign at BU, she trained with the Boston Breakers of the WUSA.

Currently, Clinton is the head coach of the LI United U11 Girls Academy Program and is the goalkeeper coach of the ENY State ODP Program. She received the NSCAA National Diploma with a Distinguished Pass in July 2007.
