Jessica Clinton, a 2004 Boston University graduate and four-year starting goalkeeper for the Terriers' women's soccer team, joined St. John's as an assistant coach in February 2007.
Clinton comes to St. John's after serving as a volunteer assistant coach at Bergen County Community College in Paramus, N.J., and has been involved as a counselor and trainer at several goalkeeping academies.
A goalkeeper for the America East Champion BU women's soccer team in 2000, 2001 and 2003, Clinton was a three-time all-conference selection. She was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2003 America East Championship Tournament and was a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) regional selection in 2001 and 2003.
