Myles Helps BIG EAST All-Stars to 5-1 Mark on Canadian Tour

VANCOUVER, B.C. - St. John's sophomore center Tynisha Myles (Paterson, NJ/Paterson Catholic) averaged 4.2 points and 2.0 rebounds in helping the BIG EAST Women's Basketball All-Stars to a 5-1 mark on its six-game competitive tour of Vancouver and Victoria, B.C.

The All-Stars, under the direction of West Virginia University head coach Alexis Basil, posted four wins over Simon Fraser University and two wins over the University of Victoria 86-69 and 78-55. Myles had five points and two rebounds in the first meeting with Victoria on June 2, and then added six points and a rebound in the final game of the tour on June 3.

Myles scored a personal tour-high eight points in the squad's final meeting with Simon Fraser, on May 31. She also had a personal best four rebounds in the first matchup against Simon Fraser.PLAYER SIX-GAME TOTALS
