On Hodges: An aggressive and tough inside presence ... missed the 2006-07 season with a foot fracture but received full clearance this summer.

Coach Barnes Arico on Hodges: "It was a long year for Victoria with her injury. She has great size which will really help us inside. She is working hard and feeling good."

As A Freshman In 2006-07: Suffered a season-ending injury prior to the start of the 2006-07 campaign.

Before St. John's: Averaged a double-double at Farmington High School with 12.7 points and 10.5 rebounds per game ... in 2004-05, was a member of the Coaches All-State Team, the New Britain Herald All-Conference Team and the All-Academic Team ... after Farmington won the NW Conference Tournament, Hodges was named Most Valuable Player.
