New Orleans, LA - The St. John's men's tennis team began its spring break trip down south with a 6-1 loss to New Orleans in a match played this afternoon at the City Park tennis courts in New Orleans, LA.

The lone Red Storm point came in No. 2 singles action, where junior David Nylen (Orebro, Sweden) knocked off Patricio Rodriguez in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1.

The Red Storm return to the courts tomorrow when they take on Louisiana-Lafayette at 2 pm.
