Queens, NY - The St. John's men's tennis team lost to Army on Friday afternoon, 5-2 at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center in West Point, NY. The Red Storm fall to 0-2 on the spring season.

The Black Knights swept the three doubles matches for the first point of the day.

The lone points for the Red Storm came at No. 2 and 3 singles, as juniors David Nylen (Orebro, Sweden) and Aurielo DiZazzo (Ris-Organis, France) picked up wins. At No. 2, Nylen knocked off Carl Fisher in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4. DiZazzo won as Sebastian Salas was forced to retire with the match at 4-6, 5-5 at third singles.
