Fall 2007: Finished the fall with a 5-1 record in singles play ... went undefeated at the ECAC Invitational, posting a 3-0 mark at the No. 1 position ... advanced to the round of 16 of the main singles draw at ITA Regional Championships ... compiled a 5-1 doubles mark with two partners ... reached the quarterfinals of the main doubles draw with partner Artem Vlasenko at the ITA Regionals as the pair had a 3-1 record.

Spring 2007: Finished with a 14-6 record in singles action ... posted a nine-match win streak late in the season ... was victorious in each BIG EAST singles match he competed in during the regular season ... played at the No. 2 position consistently all spring ... went 14-7 in doubles competition with four different partners ... played most of the spring with Tom Green at Nos. 1 and 2 doubles, earning a 7-4 record ... ended the spring with Claudio Halim as partner at No. 3 doubles, going 5-3.

Off The Court: Nicknamed "Archie," Vlasenko keeps himself involved on campus as a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Council. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer and lying on the beach. The most influential person in Artem's athletic career is his father. Vlasenko says the most thrilling moment in his athletic career was defeating DePaul at the 2007 BIG EAST Championships. His favorite foods are Japanese and European cuisine. His favorite actors are Russle Crow and Al Pacino, and his favorite professional athlete is Roger Federer.
