JAMAICA, N.Y. -- The St. Johns University mens soccer team will play at James Madison on Saturday, November 18 at 1 p.m. during the first round of the NCAA Mens Soccer Tournament.
Ticket prices are $8 for adults and $5 for students, senior citizens and children under the age of 12. In addition, tickets can only be purchased at the James Madison campus. The winner of the SJU-JMU match will advance to play the winner of a match between Lehigh and fifth-seeded Virginia on November 25 or 26. St. Johns Head Coach Dave Masur, who won his 200th career game earlier this season, is guiding the Red Storm to their ninth-straight NCAA title in his 10 years at the helm of the program. St. Johns finished the regular season 13-4-2 and 8-2-1 in the BIG EAST. James Madison finished the regular season with a 17-3-1 overall record and were the No. 1 seed in the Colonial Athletic Association Tournament after finishing in first with a 7-1-0 conference slate. The Dukes were beat in the semifinals by George Mason, 4-0. The Red Storm enter the match ranked 11th nationally by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, while James Madison is ranked 13th.
