Earned BigAppleSoccer's Goal of the Week honors on Sept. 23 for game-winning PK in 1-0 upset of then-No. 5 West Virginia...converted a PK to tally first career goal against then-No.5 West Virginia in the 88th minute (Sept. 21)...made first career start at Virginia Tech (Sept. 8)...made collegiate debut against Fairleigh Dickison (Aug. 31).

Played both soccer and football for the Owls in the Southwest Preparatory Conference...served as captain of the soccer team during his senior year...earned All-SPC and All-SPC North Zone honors...also played soccer for the Dallas Texans Red 88 in the Premiere Academy League...helped the Texans win the 2007 U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship in the Boys Under-19 Division.
