St. Johns Golf Ties for 10th at Bradford Creek Intercollegiate

Greenville, N.C.- The St. Johns mens golf team entered the Bradford Creek Intercollegiate looking to earn their third consecutive victory. However, the Red Storm fell short and ended up finishing in a tie for 10th place carding a three round score of 885.

The Red Storm were led by senior Jesse Fitzgerald (Sayville, N.Y.) who carded a four-over par 220 to earn him a tie for 25 the place. Sophomore Kyle Sleasman (Loudonville, NY.) earned a tie for 43rd place with a seven-over par 223. Junior Andrew Svoboda (Stamford, Conn.) and senior Joe Saladino (Cold Spring Harbor, NY.) each carded an eight-over par 224 to give them a share of 53rd place. Sophomore John DeForest (Cottekille, NY.) carded an 11-over par 227, which earned him a tie for 75th place.

The Red Storm golf team returns to action at the Liberty Ramada Classic on April 8-9.
