QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's alumni, friends and fans can catch all the action of Red Storm sporting events live, even if they can't make it out to campus. St. John's Athletics is proud to unveil the upgraded platform for StormTracker All-Access online streaming video and audio, which debuts this weekend with live Internet broadcasts of six soccer matches. StormTracker All-Access is presented by AllState.

"We are very excited to roll out our upgraded StormTracker All-Access videostreaming platform," said Chris Monasch, St. John's Director of Athletics. "We feel that our alumni and fans, and the families and friends of our student-athletes can really benefit from this enhanced service. We are proud to be able to capitalize on this new technology, which positions St. John's as a videostreaming leader among our conference and national peers."

As in 2007-08, all games in the new StormTracker All-Access video package will feature a live video and audio broadcast, and play-by-play man Ralph Bednarczyk leads the Red Storm's stable of experienced announcers. RedStormSports.com featured live online video and audio for 95 athletic events last season.

However, fans can expect a myriad of enhanced online video features for each broadcast in 2008-09. StormTracker All-Access now features a three-camera setup for an upgraded viewing experience. Onscreen graphics and an easily-updatable scoreboard will help keep fans plugged into the action and game information, and advanced production capabilities will help bring Red Storm coaches and St. John's student-athletes right to your computer with pregame features and postgame interviews for each event.

Fans can sign up anytime during the year for RedStormSports.com's live and on-demand video service by clicking on the StormTracker All-Access button on the right side of the website's main page. Enter your e-mail address and create a password to use the service. The subscription for live events is $9.95 per month and $79.95 for the year, which covers video and audio for approximately 100 athletic contests featuring each Red Storm athletic program. On-demand features, such as coaches' shows, pre- and postgame audio, player profiles, highlight packages and other items will be posted online each week, and are completely free for the entire 2008-09 athletic year.
