Registration for Dave Masur soccer camps is now underway, with both Soccer Kid (ages 5-14) and Premier Elite camps (ages 10-13 and 14-18) available in the five-session July schedule. A special offer is available to faculty and employees of St. John's University, 10 percent off the cost of camp registration.

Last year's camps sold out, so interested campers are encouraged to act quickly. Brochures and registration forms are available at the top of this page.

Masur's Soccer Kid program teaches the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control and heading. Campers work on their skills through drills and small-sided games and have access to soccer videos and air-conditioned facilities off the pitch.

Three dates are available for the Soccer Kid day camp program, with a tuition cost of $265 per week for all three sessions. July 7-11 is the first week of the program, followed by July 14-18 and July 21-25 dates. If campers sign up for two weeks, the second week costs $229 and a third week of camp costs just $199.

The Dave Masur Premier Overnight Elite Camps follow the same instruction format as one of the top soccer programs in the nation. Coach Masur, his staff and top-level collegiate players share their skills, knowledge and coaching strategies with campers to help develop their game. Masur and staff create a real preseason training experience designed to improve campers' technical skills and knowledge of soccer tactics.

The overnight camps are broken down into two age groups, 10 to 13 and 14 to 18, and will both run from Sunday, July 27 to Thursday, July 31. Tuition for the overnight camps is $575 for both age groups. Registration is from 5-6 p.m. on Sunday, and pick-up will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Campers will have access to state-of-the-art Belson Stadium, as well as St. John's cardio and weight rooms and modern, air-conditioned dormitories. Dorm rooms accommodate campers with three and four-bedroom living areas that also feature private baths and common space.

Coach Masur will also cover the mental game of soccer and prepare campers for success at all levels of youth and high school soccer. Masur's proven program for winning soccer has led St. John's to 15 straight trips to the NCAA Tournament, a 1996 NCAA Championship and 12 BIG EAST Conference titles, and it could work for you, too!
